We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. This role involves sourcing and securing new franchisee opportunities within our Electrical and Plumbing Network.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales/account management or business development, with a focus on new business growth.
  • Proven success identifying and implementing prospect acquisition strategies for lead generation.
  • Highly developed relationship building and engagement abilities.
  • Resilience, focus, and ability to self-motivate and prioritise workloads.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Identify and implement prospect acquisition strategies for lead generation.
  • Create and implement structured plans to achieve set targets.
  • Undertake cold calling & prospect meetings, ensuring that contact targets are regularly met.
  • Successfully manage the acquisition process: lead generation, solution pitch, relationship expansion, negotiation & close.
