O'Brien Glass Industries Limited is a leading player in the glass industry, serving over 300,000 customers annually. We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our new business growth.

We offer a competitive $80,000 - $120,000 per annum salary package, including flexible working options, incentive programs, and opportunities for career growth and personal development.
About the RoleThis role will focus on sourcing and securing new franchisee opportunities within our Electrical and Plumbing Network. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and implementing prospect acquisition strategies for lead generation
- Creating and implementing structured plans to achieve set targets
- Undertaking cold calling & prospect meetings, ensuring that contact targets are regularly met
- Successfully managing the acquisition process: lead generation, solution pitch, relationship expansion, negotiation & close

- Demonstrated experience in sales/account management or BDM positions, with a focus on new business growth
- Proven success identifying and implementing prospect acquisition strategies for lead generation
