About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our sales team as an SMB Customer Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding our existing customer base through effective lead generation and conversion strategies. You will work closely with our internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and you will be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to drive new business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various departments to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up efforts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and ensure competitive advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the payments industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
