We are seeking a highly skilled Family Practitioner to provide primary care services to vulnerable populations in Victoria, Canada.
- This role involves providing full-service primary care for patients from the federal newcomers program who require stabilization prior to accessing further healthcare services.
- The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and support.
- Establishing strong relationships with community partners is essential to ensure seamless care transitions.
Key Requirements:
- Certification with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) is mandatory.
- Licensure eligibility with the Medical Services Commission (MSC) of British Columbia is also required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing patient needs and delivering high-quality care.
