The Faith Development Specialist is a vital role in the College community, supporting the spiritual growth of students and staff. This involves collaborating with the College Chaplain to create opportunities for worship and reflection.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering Religious Education programs for Primary students
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive college environment that values diversity and promotes social responsibility
  • Supporting the pastoral care and welfare of students, working collaboratively with other members of the Primary leadership team and College Chaplain

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Professional qualification in Religious Education or Education
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Pastoral skills and understanding, with experience working with children in educational settings
