Job Description

We are seeking a Faith and Education Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced educator to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To support the Principal and Parish Priest in promoting and affirming the Catholic culture, identity, and mission of the school.
  • To represent the school and the teaching profession in the community, especially the parish.
  • To develop and shape a shared vision focused on providing quality educational experiences and learning outcomes for all students.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A deep understanding of Catholic philosophy and theology.
  • The ability to articulate this clearly to others.
  • An implicit and relevant understanding of the teaching of Religious Education.
  • The capacity to build links between the school and its broader parish community.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as a member of the school's leadership team.
