Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Claims Service Consultant to join our organization. As a Claims Service Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a national based portfolio of motor claims and handling inbound/outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a national based portfolio of motor claims
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers in a timely manner
  • Maintain positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Understand and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require the following skills and qualifications:

  • High level of customer service experience, ideally within a claims environment
  • Insurance knowledge/background is highly desirable
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Confidence to learn, access and use different systems and software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A team player attitude, with a focus on supporting and respecting others
