About This Opportunity

As a Registered Nurse at Healthscope, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

About You

  • You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute surgical environment.
  • You will hold a Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent qualification.
  • You will be currently registered with AHPRA (no restrictions).
  • You may hold a Post Graduate Certificate in a relevant specialty (desirable).

About the Role

In this leadership role, you will supervise and direct nursing team members, including Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing. You will deliver education and support to patients and their families, focusing on health recovery, rehabilitation, and end-of-life needs.

You will lead quality improvement projects, collaborating with the wider healthcare team to achieve desired outcomes. As a role model for safe practice, you will prioritize patient-centered care and continuous improvement.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
