Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Enrolled Nurses (ENs) in the delivery of patient care
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement evidence-based nursing practices to improve patient outcomes
  • Conduct education and support sessions for patients and their families
Essential Criteria
  • CURRENT REGISTRATION WITH AHPRA
  • POSTGRADUATE CERTIFICATE IN PERIOPERATIVE NURSING (OR WORKING TOWARDS)
  • WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK (IF RELEVANT)
  • COMMITMENT TO QUALITY PATIENT CARE
  • COMPLIANCE WITH ACQSHC NATIONAL STANDARDS
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive work environment.
