About This Role:


We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Intensive Care Unit team at Healthscope.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with safe, evidence-based practices
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
  • Promote education and support for patients and their families
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain a culture of safety and best practice within the unit

Essential Criteria:



  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in Critical Care
  • Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Postgraduate Certificate or working towards in ICU/CCU (desired)
  • Advanced Life Support Certification (or working towards)
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
  • Working with Children Check
  • Clinical expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
