To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in a numerate or analytical field such as Engineering, Business Studies, Economics, or Sciences.
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategy and/or business improvement activities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong planning, prioritisation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
