Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to play a key role in shaping the future of our automation capabilities.
As part of our dynamic Operations team, you will leverage your technical expertise and strategic mindset to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that enhance member experience, reduce operational risk, and improve staff satisfaction.
- Design, build, test, and deploy attended and unattended bots using UiPath.
- Manage bot performance, troubleshoot, and ensure production deployment.
- Support operational frameworks and automation governance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Participate in agile development practices, including sprints and scrums.
- Provide training and capability building across the organization.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- RPA certification (UiPath required)
- Proven experience in RPA development and programming (.NET, C++, Java)
- Strong skills in business process mapping and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with Bitbucket, GIT, Excel Macros, and VBA
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Passion for emerging technologies, including AI and analytics
