About the role

Our client, a leading Financial Services firm is looking for an Automation Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Power Automate. You will be responsible for identifying business process improvement opportunities and developing technology solutions to automate and streamline operations. This role involves working with a variety of automation tools and programming languages to build, implement, and maintain automated systems specifically within Microsoft 365 services.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse and document current business processes to pinpoint opportunities for automation.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using tools such as Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or scripting languages.
  • Develop scripts and configure workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve business efficiency.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for all automated processes and systems.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and optimise automation scripts and solutions for performance and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for automation.
About you
  • 3+ years of experience in process or technology automation within the Financial Services industry.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more automation tools/platforms and scripting languages (Power Platform).
  • Solid understanding of process analysis, mapping, and optimisation.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating with non-technical stakeholders.
