Job Title: Financial Automation Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the delivery of finance transformation programs powered by automation. As a Financial Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in streamlining financial processes, implementing automation solutions, and driving business growth.
This is a strategic role that requires strong consulting skills, deep business acumen, and hands-on experience in Agile project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of automation and finance transformation projects.
Manage project planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Conduct business analysis and process improvement workshops with senior finance stakeholders.
Oversee ongoing managed services for automation solutions.
Contribute to practice development and internal capability uplift.
Requirements:
12+ years of industry experience, including finance operations, automation, or ERP-related.
3+ years of consulting experience in transformation or delivery roles.
Proven experience in business analysis, process reengineering, and requirements gathering.
Strong background in Agile project management and Scrum Master responsibilities.
Experience in automation of finance processes and ERP implementation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead hybrid and remote teams effectively.
A curiosity for reimagining business processes with AI and automation.
Knowledge of transactional finance processes (AP, AR).
