The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field and at least 6 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in complex infrastructure projects. Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 is also essential. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills are required for this position, along with proven ability to lead and manage a team of planners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining construction programs that align with agreed methodologies.
  • Identifying and documenting key activities, milestones, and constraints.
  • Establishing and maintaining accurate construction, procurement, and deliverables schedules based on the WBS and contract requirements.
  • Ensuring that planning processes and controls are in accordance with the Construction Management System and contract requirements.
  • Actively contributing to the identification, mitigation, and response to project risks and opportunities.
