We are seeking a highly skilled project coordinator to manage and oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating stakeholder communications, preparing briefing notes, procuring suppliers, and managing budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholder relationships, develop communication strategies, and prepare project plans.
  • Coordinate procurement processes, including tendering and contract administration.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Collaborate with internal and external project teams to deliver key project milestones and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Degree in a related field, such as construction management or business administration.
