Role Overview:

As a skilled leader in our cafe operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and overseeing daily store activities. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will take charge of team management and contribute to achieving high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team with experience in a fast-paced cafe environment
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for staff
  • Enhance product knowledge and merchandising skills among team members
  • Provide excellent guidance on coffee preparation and presentation techniques
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and quality control
  • Cultivate a positive work environment that encourages initiative and teamwork

Flexibility is essential as we operate 7 days a week, occasionally requiring extended hours outside normal business times.
