Job Title: Cafe Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced team leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our high-volume cafe/takeaway.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team, maintaining uniformity and consistency, and implementing systems without guidance. Key skills required include:

  • Serving customers with a smile and excellent customer service skills
  • Preparing food to a high standard and maintaining hygiene practices
  • Making coffee to perfection and operating coffee machines
  • Ordering stock and managing inventory effectively
  • Cafe roster management and scheduling
  • Staff training and development for improved performance
  • Point of Sale (POS) system management and financial control
  • Banking and finance including cash handling and reconciliation
  • FOLLOWING strict food safety practices and completing relevant documentation

The ideal candidate will be able to lead by example, work independently, and contribute to a positive team environment.
