We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cafe Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our busy cafe location.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the cafe. Key responsibilities include managing team rosters, ordering, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and quality products.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a cafe or restaurant management role.
