Job Opportunity

A key role is available within a dynamic team, working closely with clients to ensure a smooth forwarding process.

This position involves coordinating and monitoring order management from origin to shipment, as well as serving as the first point of contact for escalation items. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing standard operating procedures and ensuring they are followed by both internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in import Seafreight operations, specifically in order management and schedule maintenance. They should also be able to handle import operations from order to delivery and have previous experience working with customers to build relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in an import Seafreight focused role
  • Previous experience with CW1 software required
  • Experience in order management and schedule maintenance
  • Demonstrated ability to handle import operations from order to delivery
  • Previous experience working with customers to build relationships
