Job Description:

The role of the WHS Advisor involves conducting audits, site safety walks, and inspections to ensure a safe working environment in residential construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site visits to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Investigate incidents and report on findings
  • Provide training to team members on health and safety procedures
  • Review and analyze risk assessments to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum Cert IV in OH&S and 2+ years' experience in a Health & Safety role in residential construction. A fully maintained vehicle is also essential.
