About the Position

As the Director of Sales Expansion, you'll be responsible for leading and energizing a talented sales team to unlock the full potential of the ANZ market. This role requires an individual with 8+ years of experience in sales leadership positions and 10+ years' experience in quota-carrying sales or other revenue-owning functions. The successful candidate will possess a track record of continuous professional development of self and others, history of creating a diverse culture where people can thrive, and expertise in relevant sales methodologies across different segments.

The role involves developing and executing a go-to-market strategy that drives growth and innovation, ensuring robust sales processes, making strategic resource allocation decisions, and building compelling investment cases to accelerate growth. Key Responsibilities include:
