About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Regional Expansion to lead and direct sales strategy and execution for a region of small to medium businesses.

The successful candidate will provide leadership that drives and influences comprehensive account strategies and aligns team efforts with broader organizational objectives within the segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales teams in driving account growth and market expansion to meet sales goals through strategic relationship building, prospecting, and networking initiatives.
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and direct digital strategies for cross-selling and upselling, ensuring integrated efforts across both specialty and generalist domains.
  • Influence diverse stakeholder groups to maximize revenue growth and business opportunities and engage in the negotiation process as needed.
  • Design and innovate monthly revenue forecasts, territory design, and resource planning for the region of customers.
  • Lead regional meetings and actively participate in strategic planning and leadership meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 10+ Years of Relevant Experience.
