About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of UX designers, researchers, and other relevant roles to deliver user-centered design solutions for digital products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing architectural direction and mentorship to the UX design team;
  • Collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define UX strategies aligned with business goals and user needs;

  • Oversseeing user research initiatives to gather insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points;
