Maintenance Service Coordinator

Assume a proactive role in the operational management and growth of commercial roofing maintenance services as a Maintenance Coordinator/BDM. Key responsibilities include coordination and supervision, client relationship building, technical oversight, administrative support, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
  • Supervise maintenance teams on-site, providing guidance and support as necessary.
  • Collaborate with senior management to optimize service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Act as primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring service delivery meets expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct periodic quality assessments to uphold service excellence and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support job assessment, quoting, and resource allocation for successful maintenance projects.
  • Train junior staff members, promoting professional growth and skill development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance coordination or a related field, preferably within the commercial roofing sector.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and maintenance practices.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a construction or maintenance team.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for commercial roofing and safety protocols related to commercial roofing.
