Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be reliable and possess good communication skills. They will perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and cleaning windows and doors. Ensuring restrooms are clean, sanitized and restocked is also an important responsibility.

The Facilities Maintenance Specialist will also be responsible for monitoring building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after operating hours and other duties as outlined in the scope of work.

  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities as required.
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Cleaning spills, broken glass, and other messes up as quickly as possible.
  • Refill all dispensers (soap, lotion, paper towel and toilet paper).
  • Maintain safety procedures by handling cleaning equipment and supplies according to company protocols.
  • Cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, and other designated areas.
  • Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and other duties as outlined in the scope of work.
