**About the Opportunity**:
We are seeking a dedicated Health, Safety and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team on a Permanent Part-time basis - 3 days per week

Reporting to the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager you will be supporting the Workplace Health, Safety and Wellbeing Management System and the implementation of strategies to improve safe work practices and build a positive health and safety culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:
This varied and rewarding role includes:

- ** WHS System Support & Compliance**:Support the administration and continuous improvement of the WHS Management System and ensure policies and procedures meet legislative requirements.
- ** Hazard & Incident Management**:Assist in the identification, reporting, investigation, and follow-up of hazards and incidents to promote a safe work environment.
- ** Injury Management & Return to Work**: Support the coordination of workers compensation and injury management processes to enable safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
- ** Training, Engagement & Communication**: Facilitate WHS training, wellbeing initiatives, and committee engagement to promote a strong safety culture across the organisation.
- ** Administration & Organisational Collaboration**: Provide administrative support and collaborate across departments to ensure effective WHS recordkeeping, reporting, and adherence to organisational values.

We are looking for a proactive professional with:

- Knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health, Safety and Welling related legislation, regulations and practices.
- Demonstrated experience in building relationships and influencing key internal stakeholders
- Previous experience in analysing and reporting on safety and wellbeing data to identify trends and inform strategies and corrective actions.
- Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing strategies to make a measurable difference to the safety and welling of people within the organisation.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and collaborate in a team environment.
- Certificate IV in Health & Safety or a Return to Work certification (highly regarded)

**Essential Requirements**:

- Possession of a current valid Victorian Driver's Licence.
