Organisational Development Advisor - Diversity and Inclusion

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is a leading provider of integrated supports and services to people with a disability across Queensland and northern NSW. The newly created Organisation Development Advisor - Diversity and Inclusion position focuses on developing a powerful culture where every individual is valued. Reporting directly to the Organisational Development Manager, you will contribute to creating an inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organisational development projects aligned with our Future Workforce Strategy
  • Contribute to the development of CPL's Diversity and Inclusion Plan, ensuring its effective implementation
  • Implement diversity and inclusion activities at CPL Group, including Reconciliation Action Plan commitments
  • Coordinate events that promote diversity and support inclusion
  • Support change programs to strengthen culture and embed values
  • Contribute to the development of diversity and inclusion metrics, analysing and reporting on key performance indicators
Selection Criteria:
  • Qualifications in Organisational Psychology or Human Resources
  • Human Resources experience, particularly in learning and development or HR projects
  • Working knowledge of employee engagement, organisational culture, capability, and development, talent management, and diversity and inclusion practices
  • Organised with a natural inclination for planning and events management
  • Experience of managing small- to medium-sized projects or events with a proactive approach
  • Committed to social impact and enhancing diversity and inclusion of minority groups
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills across diverse stakeholders
  • Blue Card and NDIS Worker Clearance required to start (we can assist with this)
