Organisational Development Specialist

The primary focus of this role will be to provide capability support to the Talent Pathways team, followed by collaborating with our OD Consultants on project design, development, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Delivery: Lead the design, delivery, and implementation of organisational development initiatives, aligning with the Government's Corporate Plan. Facilitate workshops, provide leadership coaching, and analyse OD trends to inform strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships with managers and leaders, fostering collaboration to enhance people management capabilities and ensure effective OD initiative delivery.
- Change Management: Develop and execute change and communication plans, ensuring smooth integration of OD initiatives with other People and Culture projects, while continuously seeking opportunities for service improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree qualifications in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, Human Resources or a related discipline and/or extensive demonstrable experience in delivering a wide variety of complex organisational people management services (preferably in a large multi-disciplinary organisation).
- Change Management qualifications and/or experience will also be highly beneficial to this position.
