**Job Summary**
Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Project Implementation Lead to join our team. This is a 6-month opportunity that requires a strong leader to drive project outcomes and facilitate change and training activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Anticipate, analyze, and interpret client directorates' people management needs relative to strategic organisational development initiatives.
- Design and deliver change, communication, and engagement plans to enable the effective implementation and adoption of organisational development initiatives.
- Undertake regular analysis of organisational development research and trends to inform contemporary people strategy, program, and project initiatives.
**Essential Requirements:**
- Change Management qualifications and/or experience are highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated capacity to provide specialist expertise, advice, coaching, and change management across a project lifecycle.
- Demonstrated project experience across projects that range the employment lifecycle, including employee engagement, change management, workforce planning, performance management, reward, and recognition.
