Support senior leaders to own their responsibilities in leading and embedding changes successfully in the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Anticipate, analyse, and interpret client directorates' people management needs relative to the strategic organisational development initiatives to be implemented in their areas.
- Design and deliver change, communication, and engagement plans that enable the effective implementation and adoption of organisational development initiatives across Council.
- Undertake regular analysis of Organisational Development research and trends to inform contemporary people strategy, program, and project initiatives for Council.
- Change Management qualifications and/or experience will also be highly beneficial to this position.
- Demonstrated capacity to provide specialist expertise, advice, coaching, and change management across a project lifecycle with our employees as end-user in mind.
- Demonstrated project experience across projects that range the employment lifecycle, including employee engagement, change management, workforce planning, performance management, reward, and recognition, and employee value proposition.
