Mechanical Supervisor for Data Centre Operations

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at Vertiv. As an industry leader in data centre infrastructure, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with experienced professionals in the field. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and developing strategies to improve operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of key accounts, including maintenance, audits, and generator load tests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Develop short- and long-range business plans with the Managed Services Manager.
- Lead and manage diverse projects to increase operational sales performance.
- Proactively address business improvement opportunities with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Trade or Engineering qualifications desirable.
- Prior experience with critical infrastructure management in a 24/7 environment.
- Previous exposure to service project management environments.
- High-level interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Experience in subcontractor management, business process improvement, and forecasting.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and location.
