Luxury Spirits Sales Representative

Established in 2022, Lion is a leading beverages organisation that prioritises innovation and customer satisfaction.
We're seeking a highly motivated Luxury Spirits Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth in the Australian and International Spirits market.
This exciting role will service NSW's Central Coast and Newcastle, offering a unique opportunity to build strong relationships with customers and increase market share for our iconic brands, including Four Roses Bourbon, The Gospel Whiskey, and Four Pillars Gin range.
As a Luxury Spirits Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, creating innovative strategies to meet their demands and exceed their expectations.
This role is a permanent position, offering a competitive remuneration package, including a product allowance, tool of trade, and the opportunity to work with a company that genuinely cares about its people.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Travel to customers' sites to engage and understand their needs.
- Deliver growth through on-point brand execution.
- Collaborate effectively with the wider Sales and Marketing Team.
Requirements:
- A customer and consumer-obsessed individual, motivated to build strong customer partnerships.
- Demonstrated sales experience in the alcoholic beverages industry, preferably in Spirits, in both On and Off Premise channels.
- A proactive attitude and the courage to pursue new business opportunities.
- Accountability: keep promises and deliver on commitments.
- A full, clean driver's licence, and the ability to work in Australia for at least the next 12 months.
