**Financial Reporting and Governance Role**

The team responsible for financial reporting, governance and control of legal entities in Australia & New Zealand provides a crucial service to the organization. This includes analysing and reporting financial and management results to key stakeholders.

The team plays a vital role in ensuring effective controls are operating effectively, partnering with businesses across the Group to assist them in reaching their potential.

  • Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of monthly results and financial statements
  • Partnering with auditors on annual audits
  • Assisting with the firm's control agenda and enhancement initiatives
  • Overseeing offshore support staff and regular communication
  • Preparing regulatory and statistical returns to APRA and ABS
  • Investigating and responding to APRA follow-up questions

**Required Qualifications and Skills**
