Job Role Overview

  • This is a challenging opportunity to work with our Transformation & Operations division as a Senior Analyst, Governance Reporting & Analytics.

About the Role

  • Key Responsibilities include managing governance for all Line 1 Divisional Risk Committees — setting agendas, forward planning, taking minutes, coordinating papers, tracking action items, maintaining decision registers and attendance records.
  • Support the data analytics team to track and report on risk measures and metrics, ensuring Divisional Risk Committees are well-supported and informed.
  • Deliver key risk indicators, support the development of risk frameworks, and utilise tools like GRC and Power BI to drive risk reporting and analytics.

What You Will Bring

  • You are a detail-oriented professional with working knowledge of operational risk management frameworks and governance practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ideally have experience with Power BI (or are eager to learn).
  • Excellent time management skills allowing you to work independently and manage conflicting deadlines.
