Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Learning Strategist to lead the management of our new Learning Management System (LMS) and support the implementation plan for gender-responsive healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of LMS to ensure effective coordination and communication across teams.
  • Guide internal team members on best practices for utilizing LMS, aligning with strategic priorities and implementation principles.
  • Translate course content from storyboard to final implementation in LMS, collaborating with product and design teams.
  • Monitor and analyze LMS data to assess platform effectiveness, user engagement, and overall performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing online learning programs, with expertise in LMS platforms and instructional design.
  • Strong project management skills, including managing timelines and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and feedback to continuously improve learning programs and measure effectiveness.
