Dynamic Shift Coordinator Job

This role is integral to delivering exceptional service. You will be responsible for the efficient allocation of resources and maintaining relationships during vehicle breakdown experiences.

About the Role

This position is crucial in achieving service excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing proactive, exceptional service during member vehicle breakdowns.
  • Ensuring workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:Job Requirements:
  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in dispatch or logistics environments.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm.
  • Communication Skills: Strong relationship-building and communication abilities.
  • Service Excellence: A strong focus on delivering outstanding service.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
