Service Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for managing the member experience during the vehicle service process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the member experience during the vehicle service process, coordinating with technicians and communicating with customers.
  • Greet members and confirm vehicle information, including make, model, and type of service or repair issue.
  • Provide estimates for repair and maintenance services, explaining the work to be performed and offering recommendations for additional works.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
  • Provide regular updates to members on the status of their vehicle.
  • Handle member concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and complete repair orders.
  • Support the collaboration and achievement of team sales targets and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding professional customer relationship management, including problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Technical knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing (desirable).
  • Sound administrative skills.
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective teamwork skills and ability to develop positive workplace relationships.
