About the role:

  • Taking general telephone enquiries for the Rental Department
  • Working alongside Property Managers to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assisting with landlords', tenants', and contractors' communication to ensure seamless operations
  • Assisting with rent arrears to maintain high-quality property management services
  • Coordinating maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Property Management administration, including preparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants
  • Preparing property reports, including ingoing, outgoing, and quarterly inspections

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Real Estate industry experience is advantageous but not necessary; however, a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry is essential
  • High attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Good multi-tasking and time management skills, with a high level of initiative and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to company growth for the long term
