Key Business Opportunities Consultant

Deliver a tailored business development program for participants to enhance their entrepreneurial skills and support their growth.

  • Promote business awareness and networking opportunities to foster meaningful connections between stakeholders.
  • Evaluate participant applications and provide personalized guidance to optimize their business potential.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive business plans aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide coaching, motivation, and strategic support to participants to overcome challenges and achieve success.
  • Monitor financial performance of businesses and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Document participant progress within our digital systems.
  • Facilitate the program while adhering to established accreditation standards and contractual obligations.

Essential Requirements:

  • Australia work eligibility.
  • Current driver's license and fully insured vehicle.
  • Active MyGovID (Standard level).
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
  • Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

  • Knowledge of small business operations.
  • Natural networker with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working within diverse cultural communities an asset but not mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated individual capable of working independently yet collaboratively as part of a professional team.
  • Ability to meet set deadlines and timeframes.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (Teams, Word, Excel, Email) and experience with online Learning Management Systems.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving results and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Capacity to operate within compliance frameworks with attention to detail.
  • Experience in Employment Services or clearly transferable skills.
  • Eligibility to meet legislative clearance requirements for Employment Services programs.
