Role Description:

TAL is a leading life insurer committed to protecting Australians for over 150 years. As a key partnership professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's Wealth Partnerships Portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, delivering high-quality services, and coordinating activities to ensure key commitments are met.

You will work closely with partners to implement new propositions, member engagement on insurance and digital solutions, and deliver exceptional service through insightful reporting.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong relationship management, collaboration, and negotiation/influencing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, design, and deliver strategic initiatives to support partner growth
  • Manage business relationships throughout the partnership, in line with administration deeds and Insurance Service Agreements (ISAs)
  • Work with the partner to implement new propositions, member engagement on insurance and digital solutions
  • Deliver Excellent Service through oversight of insightful reporting, and act as escalation point for service escalations
Qualifications:
  • Strong relationship management, collaboration, and negotiation/influencing skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in the Superannuation Life Insurance industry
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of insurance pricing
  • Able to thrive and successfully deliver in an agile, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment
