As a Digital Solution Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through innovative cloud solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to design tailored solutions that meet their objectives.

The Australia & New Zealand region is poised for significant expansion, with opportunities arising from the increasing demand for digital transformation. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on these opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of Microsoft cloud solutions. Your ability to analyze complex customer challenges and develop effective solutions will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customized cloud solutions to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on the effective use of Microsoft cloud solutions.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to inform solution development and ensure alignment with customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field AND 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • OR equivalent experience.
