Franchise Development Manager

About the Role
The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for developing deep and trusting relationships with our Franchisee portfolio. This includes regularly meeting with Franchisees to build knowledge of their business, understanding their needs, and identifying growth opportunities for their businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and development for our Franchisee portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Franchisees, providing coaching and support to help them achieve business growth
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for Franchisees and develop solutions to support their growth
- Monitor and report on Franchisee performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address these
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to Franchisees
About You
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in business development and relationship building. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Franchisees and internal stakeholders.
