About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Franchise Development Manager to join our team at REA Group. As a key member of our Financial Services purpose, you will play a critical role in driving growth and success for our franchisees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with our franchisee portfolio, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Regularly meet with franchisees to build knowledge of their business and provide coaching and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Use data and insights to inform business decisions and drive results, ensuring franchisees achieve loans settlement targets in line with state targets.
  • Work collaboratively with other areas of the business to support franchisee portfolio businesses and drive growth.
What We're Looking For
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to coach and mentor franchisees.
  • Prior lending or lending process experience, with a strong understanding of the financial services industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver great customer service.
  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced and agile environment.
