About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Franchise Development Manager to join our team at REA Group. As a key member of our Financial Services purpose, you will play a critical role in driving growth and success for our franchisees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with our franchisee portfolio, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Use data and insights to inform coaching and support, ensuring our franchisees achieve their business goals and loan settlement targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored support and solutions for our franchisees.
  • Coach and mentor franchisees to develop their skills and knowledge, driving business growth and success.
What We're Looking For
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and coach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
  • Experience in lending or lending process, with a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results.
