Hotel Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Facilities Manager to oversee the proactive maintenance and upkeep of our hotel's facilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy working environment, while also contributing to the hotel's positive culture.
Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations related to essential services, fire, life and safety.
- Manage the overall maintenance of the hotel, including preventative maintenance, cost control and contractor liaison.
- Develop and implement CAPEX projects to improve the hotel's facilities.
- Lead, motivate and develop the facilities management team.
- Analyze guest feedback related to hotel facilities and implement improvements.
- Manage OH&S responsibilities.
- A trade qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for hospitality and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
- Able to coach and guide team members.
- An energetic and positive team-oriented outlook.
