Senior Facility Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Maintenance Manager to lead our hotel's facilities maintenance team.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations related to essential services, fire safety, and life safety.
- Oversee the overall maintenance of the hotel, including preventative maintenance, cost control, and contractor management.
- Promote and manage CAPEX submissions and oversee all CAPEX works relating to the hotel's maintenance.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the engineering team.
- Analyze guest feedback related to the hotel facilities and ensure timely action is taken.
The ideal candidate will have a trade qualification, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a genuine passion for the hospitality industry, and previous experience as a Chief Engineer or Maintenance Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
