Senior Facilities Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hotel Engineer to lead our engineering team. The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Job Summary:The Hotel Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of hotel facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the hotel's physical plant, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, and performing minor repairs.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage the hotel's inventory of spare parts and supplies.
- Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce the hotel's environmental impact.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest complaints and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Trade qualification in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical, electrical, or plumbing).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
