Account Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of retail operations and a proven track record in driving sales growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive adoption and meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Develop and execute against a coverage plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust pipeline of value-based opportunities.
  3. Identify and develop compelling value propositions around AWS services.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
  5. Work with partners to manage joint engagement opportunities.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, marketing, buying, or customer service delivery in related industries like retail, telecom, technology, or hospitality.
  • Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity tools including Oracle Business Intelligence, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft OneNote, and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
