  • Provide financial modeling and strategic recommendations.">
  • Analyze variances and provide guidance to improve financial performance.">

Internal Controls & Compliance:

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company financial policies.">
  • Coordinate external audit processes and resolve audit findings.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA preferred.">
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/controller role.">
  • Strong understanding of GAAP (and/or IFRS) and financial reporting principles.">
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with international operations is highly beneficial.">
  • Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).">
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft OfficeSuite (Excel).">
